- Read the terms and conditions and complete the registration form. Don’t forget to send through your CV (written in English), motivation letter, internship description and a photograph as well.
- You will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail.
- You will receive information in order for you to prepare your internship.
- Your application will be processed as soon as Khaya has received your registration and we will start looking for a suitable internship placement.
- As soon as a suitable internship is found, we will present this to you and you can respond to that. Khaya will conclude an internship contract and invitation letter when you agree with the placement. The student, the company or organization, and your Educational Institute are responsible for concluding the internship contract. Khaya will support you in this process. Khaya uses a short and clear international internship contract which can be adapted to the criteria of your studies when necessary.
- If the internship placement does not meet the requirements and/or criteria, Khaya will try everything to offer you another option.
- After you’ve received the internship contract and letter of invitation, you can book your flight and make further preparations for your trip to South Africa.
- You will receive an invoice for the costs by e-mail.
- Khaya will contact you concerning flight data, accommodation, supervision, and information for family and friends.
- Khaya will welcome you at the airport in South Africa.
- You will receive a welcoming package with a SIM-card and useful information.
- Both you and Khaya have to ensure that you will have a memorable period in South Africa with enough possibilities for leisure and entertainment during your stay in this beautiful country.
